I had the privilege of pioneering the Belgian market for Dynatrace, ServiceNow, and Splunk — helping these platforms grow from emerging challengers into trusted enterprise partners. Whether winning strategic deals, coaching colleagues, or aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, I’ve always focused on what matters most: turning technology into tangible business outcomes.

Today, I support the EMEA Sales Engineering organization at Splunk (Cisco) with a focus on non-technical enablement — including sales productivity, leadership development, and professional skills. As a member of the global Sales Engineering Extended Leadership Team (ELT), I help shape strategic enablement initiatives and collaborate across regions to elevate the impact of technical sellers.
